The newly merged company that's set to go public, Trump Media, will be listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange with the letters DJT, Trump's initials. In the initial public offering, the company raised $140 million, selling 10 million shares at $14 each. He also used company cash to buy Trump-branded merchandise, including $1.2 million on Trump Ice bottled water, the report said. Under the merged company, Trump would have nearly 80 million shares, worth around $3 billion. It's unclear when exactly Trump would be able to cash in on the upcoming listing for his social media company.

The first time Mike Parr, president of the American Bird Conservancy, saw one, it was feeding on blossoms of a lemon tree in California. These tiny creatures are one of 70 bird species on the “Tipping Point” list that will lose another fifty percent of their populations in the same time frame if conservation doesn’t improve. You can create more habitat for birds by planting native species and not overly tidying your yard. They kill an estimated 2.4 billion birds every year in the US alone, according to the American Bird Conservancy. CNN —Toward the end of his life, England’s King Henry VIII left a series of doodles in a prayer book, revealing his anguish over his health and his past actions, new research shows. The Trustees of The Wormsley FundWhite told CNN Tuesday that she found the marginalia “totally unexpectedly” while looking at the book, and recognized them from her previous work on Henry VIII. The manicules have a distinctive shape that matches others known to have been drawn by Henry. Parr gave the book, which is currently housed in the Wormsley Library in Stokenchurch, England, to Henry as a gift. One passage in the prayer book says that God’s punishment has left the narrator “feeble,” and Henry was himself in bad health at the time.

Power giant Orsted aims to build a huge offshore windfarm to help the country meet renewable goals. Last year the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), which regulates offshore energy activity, concluded that large crossovers between such ventures were unfeasible with current technology. This largely unreported clash risks undermining Britain's drive to meet its climate goals, according to the companies involved and a North Sea green transition expert.
